  • How Much Does the Food Tour Cost?
    All tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Request your 15% discount promo code here for Veterans, Firefighters, EMS, Teachers, Law Enforcement Personnel. (ID Required. Regular tours only)
  • What Should I Bring On My Tour?
    We recommend bringing a hearty appetite, comfortable footwear and clothing.
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    If something unexpected arises and you need to cancel your reservation, no refunds are offered however we are happy to reschedule your experience for a more date and time.
  • How Long Is The Tour?
    Our Food Tours last roughly 2.5 hours where we spend specially curated restaurant visits and menus as we stroll throughout the Kemah Lighthouse District. You and your party are comfortably seated and served at each restaurant while enjoying your delicious food tastings.
  • What Is Your Inclement Weather Policy?
    Our tours operate rain or shine from Thursday through Sunday. We start our tour safe from the elements in a covered meeting area. In the event of rain, we provide complimentary ponchos for your comfort however, safety is our top priority. If extreme weather is expected during a scheduled tour, our reservations team will contact you to discuss rescheduling options or refund to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
  • I Have Dietary Restrictions. Can I Attend The Food Tour?
    It's important to note that our food tour experience is designed to showcase a variety of foods. We encourage guests to be prepared for a diverse range of food options on the tour however, our prix fixe menu does not permit special food choices. Regrettably, we are unable to cater to individuals with dairy, gluten, peanut or shellfish allergies, or any other food sensitivities. Please be aware that our menus are predetermined by the restaurants and cannot be customized. (All menus include gluten, shellfish, nuts, pork, sugar, and dairy.)
  • Are Beverages Included On The Tour?
    Water is included at every stop during the food tastings to keep you hydrated. If you prefer sodas, juice or alcoholic beverages during the tour, you are welcome to purchase them at your own expense. Please remember to bring a valid I.D. if you plan to partake in alcoholic beverages. Drink package upgrade options are available when you make your reservations.
  • What Is The Recommended Tip?
    A 20% gratuity is included in your reservation for each restaurant server during the tour. We highly encourage you to express your gratitude for our entertaining and talented Tour Guides by tipping your guide(s) after the tour, especially if you believe they've gone the extra mile to ensure your experience is truly unforgettable.

  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
