About Us

​The Kemah Boardwalk is a hotel and restaurant destination in Kemah, Texas, USA. This 42-acre facility opened in 2001 overlooking Galveston Bay. The area was developed by Landry's Restaurants, which owns all of the restaurants on the boardwalk. Activities include shopping, midway games, and a miniature train that traverses the entire area. A 36-foot Carousel, a 65-foot Ferris Wheel, the Boardwalk Bullet wooden roller coaster, the 140-foot Drop Zone, and Wipeout are featured attractions.

To the South, you'll find many local, family-owned businesses including bed and breakfasts, specialty shops and boutiques including Boardwalk Fudge,  Richards Fine Cigars, Sylvias Cozy Corner Gifts, Kemah Country Store, and much more.
